We promise you freshness in every bottle. We say on every container when and in which village your olive oil was pressed and bottled, so you can be sure of premium quality, freshness and taste. We pick and press the olives on the same day in the village mill in early to mid-November, storing it there in temperature controlled holding tanks. We commit to bringing you the freshest best-tasting arbequina oil we can, from this tiny, beautiful mountain region. We only bottle from the most recent harvest and we firmly believe olive oil is best consumed within one year of bottling. Olive oil deteriorates with age, exposure to heat, air and light. So maintain the fresh flavor and goodness by storing your premium oil in a cool, dark place, then decanting regularly into a pourer to have at the heart of your table and your everyday diet.
